How to get it right
- Take 10-15 cm cuttings from healthy growth, strip the bottom leaves and let the cut end dry for a day so it calluses.
- Push the cutting a third of its length into free-draining soil — river sand mixed with compost works well.
- Keep it in light shade for two weeks, then move it into full sun and water only when the soil is dry.
